How Long will My Order take to Arrive?

  • Kukri Shop: most Kukri items will take 5-6 weeks to arrive at your home address. Shipping fees are calculated by Kukri at the time of your order and Kukri will provide you with updates directly.
  • Gear Shop: Zipmerch/Entripy will take between 3-5 business days to arrive via UPS to GTA addresses, possibly longer elsewhere in Canada. Shipping fees will be calculated by Zipmerch at the time of your order and Zipmerch will provide you with updates directly.
  • Club Shop: All merchandise items purchased via the Club Shop (unless otherwise explicitly stated) will need to be picked up at the clubhouse.
  • Club Shop event payments, program payments and other non-merchandise purchases: you will not be shipped "tickets", the receipts you receive act as proof of payment and the club will have a list of all payees.

I've Got a Problem with My Order

Kukri Shop and Gear Shop: Please check the details on your receipt or order confirmation to follow up directly with either Kukri or Zipmerch/Entripy on your order - the club can't help you with information, order changes or cancellations as these shops are entirely operated on our behalf by Kukri and Zipmerch/Entripy.

Club Shop: if you have an issue with an order placed on the Club Shop, please email treasurer@crusadersrugby.ca

I Need to Return/Exchange an Item

Kukri Shop and Gear Shop: please refer to Kukri's and Zipmerch/Entripy return policies. The club can't help you with returns or exchanges as these shops are entirely operated on our behalf by Kukri and Zipmerch/Entripy.

Club Shop: merchandise/clothing may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase to the club if the item was defective. Contact treasurer@crusadersrugby.ca to arrange a return/exchange.

I Have a Billing Problem

Kukri Shop and Gear Shop: Please check the details on your receipt or order confirmation to follow up directly with either Kukri or Zipmerch on your order. The club has no direct access to your order, your billing information or your payment information and will be unable to help you.

Club Shop: Contact treasurer@crusadersrugby.ca for any billing/invoicing issues.

Other Issues

Please contact treasurer@crusadersrugby.ca for general issues related to any of these stores but after you have reached out to Kukri or Zipmerch/Entripy, in the case where you have purchased via the Kukri Shop or the Gear Shop.
